Arizona car insurance rates jumped 22% in 2024. If you’re still with the same company you’ve had for years, there’s a good chance you’re paying more than you should.
Here’s what most people don’t realize: the same coverage can cost hundreds of dollars less with a different carrier. Progressive insurance might quote you $180 a month while GEICO car insurance comes in at $120 for identical coverage. USAA insurance offers competitive rates for military families. AAA insurance bundles home and auto. Direct auto insurance focuses on high-risk drivers who’ve been dropped.
You don’t have time to call a dozen insurance companies yourself. That’s where we come in. We represent over 40 carriers, so one conversation gives you access to what used to take weeks of phone calls. You tell us what you need. We run your information through our network. You see real quotes, side by side, and pick what works.
No pressure. No runaround. Just options you didn’t have five minutes ago.
We’re based right here in Arizona, and we’ve watched what’s happened to insurance rates across Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, and the West Valley. Wildfire risk zones. Sudden policy cancellations. Rate hikes that make no sense.
We’ve been doing this for years, and we’ve built relationships with over 100 insurance carriers. That means when one company won’t cover you or doubles your rate, we’ve got alternatives ready. We’re not tied to one brand, so we’re not trying to force you into something that doesn’t fit.
You’ll talk to licensed agents who live here, work here, and understand what’s happening in Arizona’s insurance market right now. Over 930 people have left us five-star reviews on Google because we do what we say we’re going to do. No offshore call centers. No chatbots. Just local people who pick up the phone.
You reach out—by phone, email, or through the website. We ask a few questions about your current coverage, your vehicles, your driving record, and what you’re paying now.
Then we run your profile through our carrier network. This includes national names like Progressive insurance, GEICO, USAA, and AAA, plus regional carriers that specialize in Arizona drivers. Some focus on cheap car insurance for clean records. Others work with drivers who’ve had accidents or lapses in coverage.
Within a day or two, you’ll see real quotes. We walk through what each one covers, where the gaps are, and what the trade-offs look like. If you want to switch, we handle the paperwork and even cancel your old policy for you at no cost.
If you don’t want to switch, that’s fine too. At least you’ll know whether you’re getting a fair rate or leaving money on the table. Most people are surprised by how much they can save without losing coverage.

We handle more than just auto insurance. If you own a home in Peoria, you’ve probably noticed how home insurance rates have climbed—Arizona saw an 11.4% increase in 2024 alone due to wildfire risk and inflation. We work with carriers who still write policies in fire districts and flood zones where others have pulled out.
Need life insurance? Business coverage? Renters insurance? Motorcycle or RV? We’ve got carriers for all of it, and bundling usually saves you money across the board.
Here’s what makes us different from calling GEICO or Progressive directly: they can only sell you their own products. We can show you what GEICO offers and then compare it against USAA car insurance, direct auto insurance, AAA insurance, and 35 other options. You’re not locked into one company’s pricing or underwriting rules.
And if your situation changes—you buy a new car, move to a different part of Peoria, add a teen driver—we’re still here. You’re not starting over with a 1-800 number. You’ve got a local agent who already knows your file and can adjust your coverage in minutes.
Arizona auto insurance premiums increased over 20% in 2024, which is the steepest jump in nearly 50 years. A few things are driving this.
First, car repair costs have skyrocketed. Parts are more expensive, labor rates are up, and newer vehicles have sensors and cameras that cost thousands to replace after even minor accidents. Insurance companies are paying out more per claim, so they’re raising rates to cover it.
Second, Arizona has seen more uninsured drivers on the road, which increases risk for everyone. Third, inflation has hit everything from medical costs to rental car rates, and all of that flows into your premium. If you haven’t shopped around in the last year or two, you’re probably paying more than you need to. Rates vary wildly between carriers, and what was competitive three years ago might be overpriced today.
It depends on your profile, but it’s not uncommon to save $400 to $800 a year by switching carriers. Sometimes more.
Insurance companies all use different formulas to calculate risk. One company might penalize you heavily for a speeding ticket from two years ago, while another barely factors it in. Some give big discounts for bundling home and auto. Others offer better rates for good credit or low mileage.
The only way to know is to compare real quotes. We’ve seen people save $60 a month just by moving from Progressive to GEICO, or from AAA to USAA, with the exact same coverage limits. That’s $720 a year back in your pocket. If you’ve been with the same company for more than three years and haven’t shopped around, there’s a very good chance you’re overpaying right now.
When you call GEICO, you get GEICO’s rates. When you call Progressive, you get Progressive’s rates. When you call us, you get rates from 40+ companies at once.
We’re an independent agency, which means we’re not tied to any single insurance company. We work for you, not for them. If GEICO has the best rate, great—we’ll write your policy through GEICO. If USAA or AAA or a regional carrier comes in lower with better coverage, we’ll show you that instead.
You also get ongoing support. If you file a claim, we help you through it. If your rate goes up at renewal, we shop it again and find you a better option. You’re not bouncing between 1-800 numbers or dealing with offshore call centers. You’ve got a local agent in Arizona who knows your name and your coverage, and you can reach us when you need us.
No. Switching carriers doesn’t hurt your credit, and as long as there’s no gap in coverage, it won’t affect your rates negatively either.
Here’s how it works: we line up your new policy to start the day your old one ends. There’s no lapse, so you stay continuously insured. We even handle canceling your old policy for you, at no charge. You don’t have to call your old company or worry about getting a refund for unused premium—that happens automatically.
Insurance companies do check your credit when you apply, but it’s a soft inquiry that doesn’t impact your score. And if you’ve been continuously insured, most carriers give you a discount for that. The risk is staying with an overpriced policy because you’re worried about switching. You’re not locked in. You can move your coverage anytime, and in most cases, you’ll come out ahead.
Yes. Your rate will be higher than someone with a clean record, but you’ve still got options.
Some carriers specialize in high-risk drivers. Direct auto insurance, for example, works with people who’ve been dropped by other companies or have DUIs on their record. Other carriers are more forgiving of minor accidents or speeding tickets, especially if they happened a few years ago.
We work with dozens of insurance companies, and each one weighs your history differently. One might spike your rate by 40% for an at-fault accident. Another might only raise it by 15%. We find the ones that treat your situation more fairly. We’ve also helped people get their rates back down by adding defensive driving courses, raising deductibles, or bundling policies. You’re not stuck with one company’s verdict. There’s almost always a better option if you know where to look.
Arizona only requires $25,000 in bodily injury coverage per person and $15,000 in property damage. That might sound like enough, but it’s not.
If you cause an accident and hurt someone, their medical bills can easily hit $50,000 or more. If you only have $25,000 in coverage, you’re personally responsible for the rest. They can come after your savings, your home, your wages. The same goes for property damage—if you total someone’s $40,000 truck and you only have $15,000 in coverage, you’re on the hook for the other $25,000.
Most people should carry at least $100,000/$300,000 in liability coverage, and it doesn’t cost much more. We also recommend uninsured motorist coverage, because a lot of drivers in Arizona don’t carry insurance at all. If they hit you, you’re stuck paying for your own repairs and medical bills unless you have that protection. We’ll walk you through what makes sense for your situation, but skimping on coverage to save $20 a month can cost you tens of thousands later.
