You’re not spending nights wondering if you’re covered. When an employee gets hurt, when a customer files a claim, when monsoon season hits and your property takes damage—you know exactly what’s protected and who to call.
Your premiums aren’t eating your operating budget. You’re not overpaying for coverage you don’t need or underinsured on the risks that could actually shut you down. You’ve got the right balance because someone took the time to understand your business.
You’re not dealing with a call center in another state. When you need to file a claim or adjust your policy, you’re talking to someone local who knows Arizona businesses and can actually make decisions. That’s what commercial insurance should do—give you one less thing to worry about so you can focus on running your company.
We’ve been serving Arizona businesses since 2013. We’re family-owned, locally based, and we represent over 100 insurance carriers—which means we’re not locked into one company’s rates or coverage options.
We’re in Mesa, and we cover the entire Phoenix metro—from Scottsdale to Chandler, Gilbert to Glendale, and everywhere in between. Our team is fully licensed, we’ve earned 930+ five-star Google reviews, and we were named Agents of the Year in 2023. That’s not bragging—it’s just proof that we show up when it counts.
You’re not getting a sales pitch from someone who’s never stepped foot in Arizona. You’re working with people who understand what extreme heat does to equipment, what monsoons mean for property coverage, and why wildfire risk isn’t just a footnote in your policy.
First, we talk. Not a form—an actual conversation about what you do, what you own, who works for you, and what keeps you up at night. That’s how we figure out what coverage you actually need versus what someone’s trying to sell you.
Then we quote. We run your business through 40+ top-rated carriers to find the best combination of price and protection. You’re not stuck with one option—you’re seeing what’s available across the market, and we explain the differences so you can make the call.
Once you choose, we handle the switch. We set up your new policy, and if you want, we’ll even cancel your old one for you. No paperwork runaround. And when your business changes—new equipment, new location, new employees—we adjust your coverage so you’re not paying for what you don’t need or missing what you do.

General liability insurance covers the basics—customer injuries, property damage, lawsuits. If someone slips in your shop or you accidentally damage a client’s property, this is what keeps you from paying out of pocket. For most Arizona businesses, this runs around $42 a month.
Workers compensation insurance is required by Arizona law if you have even one employee. It covers medical bills and lost wages when someone gets hurt on the job. Average cost in Arizona is about $46 a month, but it varies based on what your team actually does.
Commercial auto insurance covers your work vehicles—trucks, vans, company cars. If you or your employees drive for business, your personal auto policy won’t cut it. This protects you when there’s an accident, theft, or damage on the road.
Professional liability insurance—also called errors and omissions insurance or E&O insurance—covers you if a client claims your work caused them financial harm. This matters if you’re a consultant, contractor, or anyone delivering a service where a mistake could cost someone money.
Commercial property insurance protects your building, equipment, inventory, and furniture. In Phoenix, this matters more than you’d think. We’ve had 16 drought events, 3 floods, and 14 wildfires in the last decade. Extreme heat damages equipment. Monsoons cause flooding. Dust storms wreck exteriors. Your property needs coverage that accounts for Arizona’s climate.
It depends on what you do and how you operate. If you have employees, workers compensation insurance is required by Arizona law—no exceptions. If you have customers coming to your location or you visit client sites, you need general liability insurance to cover injuries or property damage.
If your team drives for work, you need commercial auto insurance. Personal policies don’t cover business use, and if there’s an accident, you’re exposed. If you own or lease your building, commercial property insurance protects against fire, theft, weather damage, and vandalism.
If you’re a contractor, consultant, or service provider where a mistake could cost a client money, professional liability insurance (E&O insurance) is critical. Arizona doesn’t cap damages in lawsuits, so one claim could wipe you out. The right mix depends on your industry, your revenue, your assets, and your risk exposure. That’s why we start with a conversation—not a quote.
Most small businesses in Phoenix pay between $40 and $75 a month per policy type, depending on coverage. General liability averages around $42 a month. Workers comp runs about $46 a month, but that fluctuates based on payroll and job risk. Professional liability typically costs around $71 a month.
Commercial auto and property insurance vary more. Your rates depend on the value of your vehicles or building, your claims history, how many people you employ, and what industry you’re in. A landscaping company faces different risks than a marketing agency, so the pricing reflects that.
The real cost isn’t just the premium—it’s what happens if you’re underinsured. One lawsuit in Arizona can run into six figures because the state sets no cap on damages. Paying $50 a month to avoid a $200,000 judgment isn’t expensive—it’s smart. We quote you through 40+ carriers so you’re seeing the actual market rate, not just one company’s price.
When you buy direct, you’re limited to one company’s rates and coverage options. If they raise your premium or drop your policy, you’re starting over. When you work with an independent agency like us, you’re getting access to over 100 carriers at once.
We’re not employed by an insurance company—we work for you. That means if your rate goes up or your coverage doesn’t fit anymore, we shop your policy across dozens of carriers to find you something better. You don’t have to call around or fill out forms with five different companies. We do that work.
It also means you’re not getting a one-size-fits-all policy. We’re matching your business to the carrier that actually specializes in your industry and risk profile. And when you need to file a claim or adjust your coverage, you’re calling someone local who can actually help—not a call center that’s reading from a script. That’s the difference.
Small businesses are actually targeted more often in cyberattacks because hackers know you have fewer security measures in place. If you store customer data, process payments, or use email for business, you’re at risk. One data breach can cost you tens of thousands in notification costs, legal fees, and lost business.
Cyber insurance covers the fallout—forensic investigations, customer notifications, credit monitoring, legal defense, and regulatory fines. It also covers ransomware attacks, which are increasingly common. If someone locks up your system and demands payment, cyber insurance helps you recover without paying the ransom.
This used to be a niche product. Now it’s mainstream, especially as more businesses go digital. If your operations would stop without your computer systems, or if losing customer data would destroy your reputation, cyber insurance isn’t optional. We can add it to your commercial policy or write it separately, depending on your exposure.
You call us first. We walk you through what information the carrier needs, what to document, and how to file. Then we contact the insurance company on your behalf and make sure the claim gets processed correctly. You’re not navigating this alone or waiting on hold with a 1-800 number.
The carrier will assign an adjuster who investigates the claim—they’ll review the damage, talk to witnesses if needed, and determine what’s covered under your policy. Depending on the type of claim, this can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. We stay in contact with the adjuster to keep things moving.
Once the claim is approved, the carrier pays out according to your policy terms. If it’s a property claim, they’ll cover repairs minus your deductible. If it’s a liability claim, they’ll handle the legal defense and any settlement. If something gets denied or disputed, we step in to advocate for you. That’s the advantage of working with a local agency—you’ve got someone in your corner who actually knows your business and your policy.
You can bundle most of your coverage into what’s called a Business Owner’s Policy, or BOP. That typically combines general liability, commercial property, and business interruption insurance into one package. It’s simpler to manage and often cheaper than buying each policy separately.
But some coverage has to be written separately. Workers compensation is always a standalone policy because it’s regulated differently by the state. Commercial auto insurance is usually separate too. And if you need professional liability, cyber insurance, or specialized trade insurance, those are added on as individual policies.
The good news is we can place all of it under one agency, even if the policies come from different carriers. That means one renewal date, one point of contact, and one conversation when your business changes. You’re not juggling multiple agents or trying to remember which company covers what. We manage it all so you don’t have to.
