Your business is covered when something goes wrong. Not just on paper, but in real life when an employee gets hurt, a customer files a claim, or your vehicle gets hit on the job.
You’re not stuck navigating a claim alone through automated phone trees. You have someone local who knows your business and can walk you through what happens next.
Your rates stay competitive because you’re not locked into one carrier. We shop over 50 insurance companies to find coverage that fits your actual risk profile and budget. When your business grows or changes, your policy adjusts without starting from scratch somewhere new.
We’re a family-owned independent agency based in Mesa, serving Anthem and the entire Phoenix metro. We’ve built our reputation on being available when you need us, not just when it’s convenient for a call center.
Anthem businesses face specific risks. Summer heat damages equipment and vehicles. Monsoon storms cause property damage. Growth in the area means more competition and higher liability exposure. We understand what you’re up against because we work with businesses here every day.
We represent over 50 top-rated insurance carriers, which means we’re not selling you one company’s product. We’re finding the best fit for your business from dozens of options. That’s the difference between working with a local independent agency and calling a 1-800 number.
First, we talk about your business. What you do, how many employees you have, what vehicles or property you need covered, and what your current situation looks like. This usually takes 15 minutes and happens over the phone or in person.
Then we shop your coverage across our carrier network. We’re looking at general liability, workers compensation insurance, commercial auto insurance, professional liability, and any other coverage your business needs. We compare rates, coverage limits, and policy terms to find the best match.
You get a clear breakdown of what each policy covers, what it costs, and why we’re recommending it. No jargon. No pressure. Once you decide, we handle the paperwork, bind the coverage, and cancel your old policy if needed. You get your certificates of insurance the same day in most cases.
After that, we stay in touch. When you hire more people, buy new equipment, or expand your services, we adjust your coverage. If you need to file a claim, we’re the first call you make.

General liability insurance covers customer injuries, property damage claims, and advertising injury. If someone slips in your office or you’re sued for damaging a client’s property, this is what pays for your legal defense and any settlement.
Workers compensation insurance is required by Arizona law if you have even one employee. It covers medical bills and lost wages when an employee gets hurt on the job. Arizona penalties for not carrying workers comp are severe—up to $10,000 in fines plus the cost of any injury claims.
Commercial auto insurance covers vehicles used for business, whether that’s a delivery van, a truck full of equipment, or a company car. Personal auto policies don’t cover business use, and that gap can cost you everything if there’s an accident.
Professional liability insurance and errors and omissions insurance protect service-based businesses from claims of negligence, mistakes, or failure to deliver. If you’re a consultant, accountant, real estate agent, or contractor, this coverage protects you when a client says your work caused them financial harm.
Trade insurance bundles coverage for contractors and skilled trades. It typically includes general liability, commercial auto, tools and equipment coverage, and often workers comp. One policy, one renewal date, one bill.
Commercial property insurance covers your building, equipment, inventory, and furniture if there’s a fire, theft, or storm damage. Anthem businesses need this coverage especially during monsoon season when wind and water damage are common.
It depends on what you do, how many employees you have, and what you need covered. A one-person consulting business might pay $70 a month for professional liability insurance. A small contractor with three employees and two trucks could pay $400 to $600 a month for a full package including general liability, workers comp, and commercial auto.
Arizona workers compensation rates are lower than the national average at about $0.67 per $100 of payroll. General liability for low-risk businesses often starts around $40 to $50 a month. Higher-risk operations like construction or restaurants will pay more.
The best way to know what you’ll pay is to get a quote based on your actual business. We shop multiple carriers to find competitive pricing, and because we’re independent, we’re not incentivized to sell you the most expensive option.
Yes. Arizona law requires workers compensation coverage if you regularly employ one or more people. There’s no exemption for small businesses, and the penalties for not having coverage are serious.
If you don’t carry workers comp and an employee gets hurt, you’re personally liable for all their medical bills, lost wages, and rehabilitation costs. The Industrial Commission of Arizona can also fine you 10% of what you should have paid in premiums or $1,000, whichever is greater, plus additional penalties up to $10,000. They can shut down your business until you get proper coverage.
Arizona reported 79,500 non-fatal workplace injuries in 2022. Even office environments have risks—repetitive stress injuries, slips and falls, or accidents during company events. Workers comp protects you financially and keeps you compliant with state law.
General liability covers bodily injury and property damage. If a customer trips over a cord in your office and breaks their arm, general liability pays for their medical bills and your legal defense if they sue. If your employee accidentally damages a client’s property while working on-site, general liability covers the repair or replacement cost.
Professional liability, also called errors and omissions insurance, covers financial harm caused by your professional services or advice. If you’re a consultant and a client says your recommendation cost them money, or you’re a real estate agent and a buyer claims you failed to disclose a property defect, professional liability covers your legal defense and any settlement.
Most service-based businesses need both. General liability protects against physical accidents. Professional liability protects against claims that your work or advice was inadequate. They cover different risks, and neither is a substitute for the other.
No. Personal auto policies specifically exclude business use, and if you file a claim after using your vehicle for work, your insurance company will deny it. That means you’re personally liable for all damages, injuries, and legal costs.
Commercial auto insurance covers vehicles used for business purposes—driving to job sites, delivering products, transporting equipment, or meeting clients. It provides higher liability limits than personal policies because business use increases your risk exposure.
If you use your personal vehicle occasionally for business, you might be able to add a business use endorsement to your personal policy. But if you’re driving for work regularly, transporting materials, or have company signage on your vehicle, you need a commercial auto policy. The cost difference is worth it compared to paying out of pocket after an accident.
Usually the same day, often within an hour. Once your policy is bound, we can issue certificates of insurance immediately with any endorsements or additional insured requirements your contracts specify.
Most general contractors, property managers, and commercial clients require proof of insurance before you can start work. They want to see specific coverage limits, that their organization is listed as an additional insured, and that your policy is current.
We handle certificate requests all the time. You tell us what’s required, we make sure your policy meets those requirements, and we send the certificate directly to whoever needs it. If your coverage needs to be adjusted to meet contract requirements, we can usually do that quickly and get you the updated certificate right away.
You call us and we update your coverage. Business changes happen—you hire more employees, buy new equipment, add a service line, or move to a bigger location. Your insurance needs to reflect those changes or you could end up underinsured.
We review your coverage regularly, but you should also reach out whenever something significant changes. Adding employees affects your workers comp premium. New equipment needs to be added to your property or inland marine coverage. Offering a new service might require different liability limits or additional coverage types.
Most changes can be handled with a policy endorsement, which updates your existing coverage without rewriting the entire policy. Some changes might save you money, others might increase your premium slightly. Either way, we make sure your coverage matches your current risk so you’re protected if something goes wrong.
