You get a quote that makes sense. Not a generic number pulled from a website, but actual coverage built around what your business does, where you operate, and what could go wrong. We look at your operations, your revenue, your equipment, and your team to find gaps before they become problems.
Your premiums stay competitive because we’re shopping 100+ carriers on your behalf. Not pushing one company’s products. Not locked into rates that jump every renewal. You get options, and we explain what you’re actually buying.
When something happens—a customer injury, a vehicle accident, an employee claim—you have someone local who knows your business and can walk you through the process. No call centers. No waiting three days for a callback. Just real support when it matters most.
We’ve been in Mesa since 2013, and we’re still here because we do what we say we’ll do. Answer the phone. Return calls. Show up when there’s a claim. Our office is on Main Street, and our agents live in the communities we serve—Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, and throughout the Valley.
We represent over 100 insurance carriers, which means we’re not selling you one option and calling it a day. We’re comparing coverage, pricing, and carrier stability to find what actually fits. That access matters in Arizona, where the insurance market has tightened and longtime carriers have pulled back or raised rates dramatically.
Our 930+ five-star Google reviews aren’t from a marketing campaign. They’re from business owners who had claims handled right, policies explained clearly, and questions answered without runaround. We were named Agents of the Year in 2023 and recognized as Three Best Rated Insurance Agents in Mesa because we treat this like the serious financial decision it is.
You reach out—phone, email, or through our website. We set up a time to talk, usually within 24 hours. During that conversation, we ask about your business operations, revenue, number of employees, vehicles, property, and any specialized equipment or services. This isn’t paperwork for paperwork’s sake. It’s how we identify what coverage you actually need.
We shop your business across our carrier network. That includes general liability, commercial property insurance, workers compensation insurance, commercial auto insurance, professional liability insurance, and any trade-specific coverage your industry requires. If you’re a contractor, we look at tools, job sites, and subcontractor exposure. If you run a restaurant, we focus on liquor liability, equipment breakdown, and employee practices. Every business is different.
You receive quotes with clear breakdowns of what’s covered, what’s excluded, and what each policy costs. We walk through the options, answer your questions, and help you decide. Once you choose, we handle the binding, documentation, and cancellation of your old policy at no cost. You get certificates of insurance for clients or landlords, and we stay in touch throughout the year to adjust coverage as your business changes.

General liability covers third-party injuries and property damage. If a customer slips at your location or you accidentally damage a client’s property during a job, this is what responds. Most commercial leases and contracts require it, and it’s the foundation of any business insurance program.
Commercial property insurance protects your building, equipment, inventory, and furnishings from fire, theft, vandalism, and weather damage. In Mesa, where summer storms and monsoons can cause sudden flooding or wind damage, this coverage keeps you operational after a loss. It also covers business interruption, so you’re not paying rent and payroll with no revenue coming in.
Workers compensation insurance is required in Arizona if you have employees. It covers medical bills and lost wages if someone gets hurt on the job, and it protects you from lawsuits. Rates vary dramatically by industry—office work is cheap, roofing is expensive—but it’s non-negotiable if you have a team.
Commercial auto insurance covers vehicles used for business purposes. Personal auto policies exclude business use, so if you’re driving to job sites, making deliveries, or transporting equipment, you need commercial coverage. This includes liability, collision, and coverage for tools or materials in the vehicle.
Professional liability insurance, also called errors and omissions insurance, protects businesses that provide advice or services. If a client claims your work caused them financial harm—a missed deadline, a design error, bad advice—this coverage handles the legal defense and any settlement. It’s critical for consultants, real estate agents, accountants, architects, and anyone selling expertise.
There’s no standard rate because every business is different. A one-person consulting firm with no employees and no physical location might pay $500 to $800 a year for general liability. A small contractor with three employees, two trucks, and $500K in annual revenue could pay $8,000 to $15,000 for a full package including general liability, workers comp, and commercial auto.
Your industry, revenue, claims history, number of employees, and coverage limits all affect pricing. High-risk trades like roofing or electrical work cost more than low-risk office businesses. If you’ve had claims in the past three years, expect higher premiums. If you’re brand new with no history, some carriers won’t quote you at all.
That’s why working with an independent agent matters. We can shop your business across 100+ carriers to find who’s competitive for your specific situation. One carrier might be expensive for contractors but cheap for retail. Another might specialize in restaurants or healthcare. We know who’s pricing what aggressively, and we use that to your advantage.
General liability is one piece of coverage. It protects you from third-party injuries and property damage—someone gets hurt at your business, or you damage a client’s property. It doesn’t cover your own property, your vehicles, or your employees.
A business owner’s policy, or BOP, bundles general liability with commercial property insurance and business interruption coverage. It’s a package designed for small to medium-sized businesses that need multiple coverages. BOPs are usually cheaper than buying each policy separately, and they’re simpler to manage because everything renews together.
Not every business qualifies for a BOP. If you’re in a high-risk industry, have significant revenue, or need specialized coverage, you’ll need standalone policies. But for most small businesses—offices, retail shops, service companies—a BOP is the most cost-effective way to get broad protection. We evaluate whether a BOP works for your situation or if you need a custom program.
In Arizona, you’re not required to carry workers comp if you’re a sole proprietor with no employees. But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t consider it. If you get hurt on the job, you have no coverage for medical bills or lost income. Your health insurance might not cover work-related injuries, and you can’t sue yourself for benefits.
If you hire anyone—even part-time or seasonal help—you’re required to carry workers comp. Arizona doesn’t have a minimum employee threshold. One W-2 employee means you need coverage. If you use subcontractors, make sure they have their own workers comp. If they don’t and they get hurt on your job, your policy could be on the hook.
Some business owners add themselves to a workers comp policy even when it’s not required. It’s inexpensive for low-risk office work, and it guarantees coverage if something happens. If you’re in a physical trade—construction, landscaping, HVAC—it’s worth considering. We can quote it both ways and let you decide what makes sense for your situation.
Personal auto policies exclude business use. If you’re driving to job sites, hauling equipment, making deliveries, or meeting clients, and you have an accident, your personal policy can deny the claim. Even if you’re just using your personal vehicle for occasional business errands, you’re technically not covered during those trips.
Commercial auto insurance covers vehicles used for business purposes. That includes liability if you cause an accident, collision and comprehensive for damage to your vehicle, and coverage for tools, equipment, or materials you’re transporting. It also covers hired and non-owned vehicles—rentals or employee vehicles used for business—which personal policies don’t address.
If you have a vehicle titled to your business, you’re required to have commercial auto insurance. If you’re using a personal vehicle for business, you need to either add business use to your personal policy or get a commercial policy. We help you figure out which approach makes sense based on how much you’re driving for work and what you’re transporting. Don’t assume you’re covered just because you have car insurance.
If your policy is already in place, we can issue a certificate the same day—usually within an hour. Certificates of insurance are free, and we send them directly to whoever needs them: a client, a property owner, a general contractor, or a vendor. We handle the request, fill in the required coverage details, and make sure the certificate matches what’s being asked for.
If you don’t have coverage yet, the timeline depends on how quickly we can get you quoted and bound. For standard businesses with straightforward operations, we can often quote, bind, and issue certificates within 24 to 48 hours. For more complex risks or businesses that require underwriter review, it might take three to five business days.
The key is not waiting until the last minute. If you have a contract that requires insurance, reach out as soon as you know what’s needed. We’ll review the contract requirements, make sure your policy meets them, and get the certificate issued in time. Rushing the process usually means paying more or accepting coverage that doesn’t quite fit. Give us a few days, and we’ll get it done right.
You’re not stuck. Arizona’s insurance market has been volatile, and many longtime carriers have non-renewed policies or increased premiums significantly. If that happens to you, we shop your business across our full carrier network to find replacement coverage. You’re not starting from scratch—we use your current policy as a baseline and look for comparable or better coverage at a competitive price.
If you’ve had claims, expect the market to be tighter. Carriers price based on risk, and recent claims signal higher risk. But we know which carriers are still writing businesses with claims history and which ones price it more reasonably. We also look at whether increasing your deductible or adjusting coverage limits can bring premiums down without leaving you exposed.
If your rates went up but you weren’t dropped, we can still shop it. You’re not obligated to stay with a carrier just because you’ve been with them for years. We compare what you’re paying now against what else is available, and if we find better pricing or coverage, we handle the switch. There’s no cost to get quotes, and we manage the cancellation of your old policy so you’re not doing double work.
